About the High Standard Collectors' Association

The High Standard Collectors' Association was founded in 1991 to promote friendship among the those interested in the collection, possession, and use of High Standard firearms and their accessories and High Standard memorabilia.

We publish a newsletter in which members may ask questions of the group, advertise to sell or buy High Standard items, or make comments related to High Standard products. We also publish pieces from old High Standard literature. Four newsletters will be published each year.

We try to hold an annual meeting at a large gun show each year. In 1994 and 1997 meetings were held in Cleveland at the Ohio Gun Collectors Meeting. The 1995 and 2003 meetings were held in Houston. The 1996, 1998, and 2000 meetings were held in Louisville, Ky. at the National Gun Day show. The 1999 Meeting was held at the Tulsa Gun show. The 2001 and 2002 meetings were in Kansas City, MO. at the NRA annual meeting and the NRA Collectors show.

Our current officers are:

Dues are $25.00 per year. Those joining before October 1 of a given year will get all the newsletters from that year and be a member for that year. Those joining after October 1 will be a member for the coming year.
